Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment during procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterilized theatre environment.
• Implement and promote SJMCâs core values in daily activities.
• Contribute to the continual scientific research efforts at SJMC.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience in operating theatre and surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Good understanding of infection control protocols.
• Advanced teamwork abilities and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Should hold a valid nursing license in Malaysia.
• Additional certifications in operating theatre nursing or relevant specialties are a plus.
