Key Responsibilities:
Manage, trace, and track patient medical records before and after clinic sessions, ensuring proper coordination with the Medical Records Department
Maintain strict confidentiality, security, and accuracy of all patient information
Assist in basic clinical tasks such as measuring and recording height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, or urine dipstick results
Coordinate patient movement to diagnostic departments, laboratory services, or admission areas when required
Support doctors during procedures or clinical treatments as a chaperone
Ensure all necessary forms (lab forms, charge forms, etc.) are completed accurately and verified according to hospital identification policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum SPM qualification
Experience in clinical support, administrative roles, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
Able to work 5.5 days per week following clinic operational hours
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
Able to interact professionally and respectfully with all patients, including those with cognitive or communication challenges
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent patient support
