Deliver high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services for employees of Sunway Medical Centre and the Sunway Group.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic medical records, ensuring timely follow-up and treatment plans.
Manage chronic medical conditions at the primary care level, including appropriate follow-up, monitoring, and necessary investigations.
Refer patients to in-house specialists for complex or advanced medical cases.
Uphold medical ethics in the issuance of medical leave, ensuring decisions are made based on the severity of staff health conditions.
Drive short- and long-term disease prevention initiatives, fostering health awareness among employees.
Oversee health surveillance and compliance programs related to communicable diseases in the workplace.
Actively contribute to healthy lifestyle initiatives and disease prevention programs to promote employee wellness and productivity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.
Postgraduate certification in Family Medicine is an added advantage.
5–7 years of experience in primary healthcare and occupational health services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to make sound clinical decisions independently with confidence.
