Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients professionally, ensuring a welcoming clinic experience.
Administrative Support: Manage appointments, update and maintain accurate patient records, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
Clinical Assistance: Support doctors during consultations, prepare examination rooms, and assist with minor procedures or treatments as directed.
Inventory & Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the clinic, ensuring equipment and supplies are organized and ready for use.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and seamless patient service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and empathetic attitude.
Basic computer literacy for scheduling and data management.
