Job Description
True Care Wellness Malaysia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing quality care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits to deliver a wide range of professional nursing services, including wound dressing, injections, postnatal care, and other essential medical procedures.
Monitor patients’ health conditions and provide appropriate care plans in coordination with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure the highest standard of patient safety and hygiene.
Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or homecare setting.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for home visits.
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
