Twin Towers Medical Centre is a leading healthcare facility committed to providing exceptional medical services and compassionate patient care. We are currently seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our clinical services.

Job Summary:
The Clinic Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily clinic operations, managing patient interactions, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare service. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to assist both patients and medical staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointments, registration, and billing using the clinic information system.

Perform and assist with diagnostic procedures as assigned, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

Respond promptly and assist the medical team during clinical emergencies, both medical and non-medical.

Provide basic health education and guidance to patients as required.

Report immediately to the attending doctor regarding any life-threatening abnormalities or urgent concerns.

Maintain and ensure all medical equipment is properly handled, sanitized, and in good working condition.

Prepare, compile, and organize medical reports for check-ups; ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and securely filed.

Monitor and manage inventory of medical and office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and proper documentation.

Ensure all required company forms are completed by patients as proof of visit to TTMC premises.

Handle cash transactions responsibly, including accurate handover for banking on subsequent working days.

Uphold strict confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

Coordinate the dispatch of medical reports through courier, registered mail, or direct handover.

Attend internal and external training sessions as assigned by management to enhance knowledge and skills.

Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using clinical information systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
