Job Description
Position: Staff Nurse (Ward & Operating Theater)
Location: UiTM Private Specialist Centre
Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care in the ward and operating theater.
Assist doctors and surgeons during procedures and surgeries.
Monitor and manage patient care, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
Administer medications, treatments, and provide post-operative care as directed.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure all equipment is properly handled, maintained, and sterilized.
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and nursing best practices.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Requirements:
Qualified SRN with a minimum Diploma in Nursing Science.
Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Experience in both ward and operating theater settings is an advantage.
