Staff Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and committed to maintaining patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and restore patients’ health through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
Deliver high-quality care from patient admission to discharge.
Prepare patients for procedures and manage post-procedure care, including surgical recovery.
Set up and monitor medical equipment such as patient monitors, oxygen devices, and cannulation.
Assess and evaluate vital signs, laboratory data, and fluid balance, implementing emergency interventions as needed.
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, including signs of sepsis or shock.
Assess and manage pain levels, including administration of prescribed medications.
Perform nursing procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
Assist physicians during procedures and support patients in daily activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation.
Ensure proper billing for disposable items and equipment used.
Communicate effectively with clinical and support teams to follow clinical pathways.
Specialized Roles:

Team Leader Nurse:

Manage the clinical team during shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and task completion.
Assign team members based on workload and ensure timely execution of procedures and reporting.
Oversee Emergency Trolley and Drug Administration Inventory (DDA) checks.
Coordinate with other healthcare providers (dietitians, physiotherapists) and service providers.
Provide shift reports to the Head Nurse, including patient progress, staffing issues, and inventory status.
Cubicle Nurse:

Execute patient procedures as scheduled and update the Team Leader on progress.
Medication Nurse:

Prepare, administer, and document medications following SOP.
Manage medication inventory and handle discharge medication returns to the pharmacy.
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with valid credentials.
Strong clinical and technical skills in patient care and medical equipment.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
