SENIOR STAFF NURSE

UM Specialist Centre Sdn. Bhd. is seeking dedicated and competent Senior Staff Nurses / Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. 🔹 Position Overview

As a Nurse at UMSC, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered nursing care. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure accurate medical records management
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and allied healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
• Provide emotional support, health education, and guidance to patients and their families
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a general medical or surgical ward
• Strong clinical competencies and sound knowledge of general medicine
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong commitment to compassionate and quality patient care
