Utama Dental is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dentist to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Kota Damansara. This role is ideal for clinicians with a strong interest in orthodontics and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental consultations and treatments
Perform orthodontic procedures and general dental care
Deliver excellent patient management and communication
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in private dental practice
Proven experience in orthodontics (essential)
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary: RM7,000 – RM8,000 or 40% commission (whichever is higher)
Direct mentorship from senior clinicians in:
Orthodontics
Implantology
Paid annual leave and medical leave
Work in a modern clinic equipped with advanced technology (CBCT, intraoral scanners, etc.)
