RESIDENT DOCTOR

Position Overview:
Klinik Utama Bukit Tinggi 24 Jam is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will provide exceptional care and medical expertise in our 24-hour natural and alternative medicine clinic. This full-time position offers a dynamic and patient-centered work environment focused on holistic health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations, offering accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Provide primary care services, including antenatal, maternal & child health, vaccinations, non-communicable diseases, family planning, and more.
Perform antenatal scans with proficiency and accuracy.
Attend to minor trauma-related injuries, minor surgical procedures, dressing, and suturing.
Respond to emergency cases with immediate and effective assistance.
Supervise and collaborate with clinic assistants and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and alternative treatment options.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications & Experience:

MBBS or equivalent professional medical degree.
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Valid and active Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Completion of compulsory service with KKM.
Strong clinical skills with eagerness to learn.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Patient-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in a 24-hour clinic setting (shift system), including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in general practice or a clinic setting is highly desirable.
