FEMALE RESIDENT DOCTOR
Job Description
We are expanding our 24-hour clinical services and are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Resident Doctor to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care in a structured, supportive, and patient-centered environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered primary care services
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Manage antenatal care, maternal health, and pediatric cases
Perform antenatal ultrasound scans (training will be provided)
Handle trauma cases, including suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
Attend to urgent and emergency cases with confidence and professionalism
Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Collaborate with Resident Doctors and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Support daily clinic operations and maintain clinical standards
Participate in continuous learning and professional development
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution
Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Completion of housemanship and compulsory service
Experience in Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) is an added advantage
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Responsible, patient-focused, and able to work independently
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Salary and Benefits
Salary: RM10,000 – RM15,000 per month
Stable shift-based roster in a 24-hour clinic setting
Overtime pay, night shift allowance, performance bonus, and commission
