Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine the best treatment plan.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans using Robotic assisted treatments based on the assessment results.
• Conduct predictive therapy planning for personalized therapy, considering effectiveness and health care cost reduction.
• Utilize rehab robotic technologies such as Cyberdyne, Vibramoov to conduct therapies.
• Apply evidence-based interventions and therapies to cater to patients’ needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions complying with best practices in Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation.
• Work with patients to develop skills for mobility, functional independence, and pain management through rehab technologies.
• educate patients and their families about conditions and treatment plans with Neurorobotic treatments.
• Engage in workshops, seminars, and training programs to continually improve clinical skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation
• Knowledge, practical experience and adaptability with advanced therapy tools and robotic technologies.
• Proven capability to interpret assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
• Valid Physiotherapist licensure
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families
