Job Description
Westwood Clinic is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Aesthetic Consultant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves guiding clients through their aesthetic journey, supporting doctors during procedures, and ensuring a premium client experience aligned with our clinic’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Care
Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns and recommend personalised treatment plans.
Provide clear explanations of procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
Aesthetic Treatment Support
Assist the doctor in performing non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including facials, laser treatments, injectables, and other advanced therapies.
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sterilization standards in all treatment areas.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records for follow-up and continuity of care.
Team Collaboration & Professional Growth
Work closely with the clinic team to stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and aesthetic trends.
Contribute to sales growth by recommending suitable treatments and promoting clinic services.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or relevant aesthetic certification is an added advantage.
Passion for the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
