The incumbent will be responsible for the daily running of ophthalmology clinics and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by his\/her Supervisor or Head of Department. Employment will be on a two (2) years contract basis and will be renewable subject to performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated MBBS from University Malaya (UM) or University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) or a registrable postgraduate medical qualification recognised by SMC<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) years working experiences of Ophthalmology practice<\/li>\n<li>Highly adaptive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of spoken and written English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: Starts from SGD6,750 (Jr) \/ Starts from SGD8,800 (Sr)<\/li>\n<li>Housing allowance: SGD1,500\/month<\/li>\n<li>Mobile allowance: SGD33\/month<\/li>\n<li>Fixed Specialist Allowance: SGD500\/month (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>On-call allowance<\/li>\n<li>For Sr, SGD22,000 annually if meet all the KPIs, else it will be prorated<\/li>\n<li>Relocation allowance: SGD1,000 (Single), SGD2,000 (Married)<\/li>\n<li>Performance bonus: Average 2 to 2.4 months<\/li>\n<li>One (1) month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong> 40-44 hours (Mon-Fri), 08:30-17:30 (Depending on clinic\/ward requirements)<\/p>\n<p>Join our team and contribute to the advancement of healthcare while enjoying a supportive work environment.
