Speedoc seeks a full-time Registered Nurse where you\u2019ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
\n\u2013 Performing general nursing duties during house call visits.
\n\u2013 Ensuring the delivery of safe and competent nursing care in compliance with standards of practice.
\n\u2013 Assisting and accompanying doctors during home medical visits.
\n\u2013 Conducting health promotion, health screening, and counseling services.
\n\u2013 Updating and maintaining SOPs for nursing procedures to deliver hospital-level care at home.
\n\u2013 Ensuring accurate registration of patients in electronic medical records.
\n\u2013 Managing medication and medical equipment supplies for home visits.
\n\u2013 Ensuring patient satisfaction through excellent service and nursing delivery.
\n\u2013 Demonstrating a flexible work style with a willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2013 Introducing and facilitating training programs to enhance Speedoc\u2019s ground nursing team.
\n\u2013 Monitoring budget and expenditures for efficient use of consumables.
\n\u2013 Assisting with nursing requests on an ad-hoc basis.<\/p>\n
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
\n\u2013 Ability to administer medications, treatments, and procedures.
\n\u2013 Experience in monitoring patients\u2019 conditions and responding to changes in health.
\n\u2013 Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
\n\u2013 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n\u2013 Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
\n\u2013 Registered Nurse license in Malaysia (Valid APC from Malaysia Nursing Board).
\n\u2013 CPR\/BCLS certification.
\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in nursing or related field.
\n\u2013 Preferred: Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting.
\n\u2013 Must have own transport and a valid license.<\/p>\n
