Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Conduct careful and empathetic patient medical examinations.
\n\u2022 Accurately diagnose patient diseases.
\n\u2022 Provide medical consultations, interpret health screening, and diagnostic test results.
\n\u2022 Prescribe medical treatments based on medical examinations and diagnoses.
\n\u2022 Administer basic medical procedures such as T&S, dressing, blood draw, IM\/IV medication administration, basic ultrasound (antenatal\/gynae scan), pediatric immunizations, minor surgeries.
\n\u2022 Administer and document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations.
\n\u2022 React to patient medical\/health issues by referring to their history and conducting diagnosis, investigation, treatments, and referrals as appropriate.
\n\u2022 Keep improving skills\/knowledge and to stay updated on medical treatments and drugs.
\n\u2022 Master in antenatal checks and family planning procedures like IUCD and Implanon insertion.
\n\u2022 Administer vaccinations.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with SOPs, medical regulations, and protocols.
\n\u2022 Take charge in providing CME or training to clinic nurses and team.
\n\u2022 Flexible work schedule including weekends, public holidays based on company policy and the Employment Act 1955.
\n\u2022 Engage in every promotional and sales activity of the company directly and indirectly.
\n\u2022 Together generate clinic sales\/income.
\n\u2022 Order lab\/x-ray tests and interpret test results efficiently.
\n\u2022 Attend related medical and operational programs and events.
\n\u2022 Connect with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
\n\u2022 Educate patients on healthcare.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Possess a degree in Medical Field
\n\u2022 Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
\n\u2022 Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
\n\u2022 Valid driving license
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills; listening, empathy, providing solutions, and effective and efficient communication.
\n\u2022 Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Health Care.
\n\u2022 Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
\n\u2022 Priority will be given to those with the following expertise: a) Experience as a medical officer in Primary Health Care for at least 2 years (Antenatal care) b) Experience in basic surgical procedures like toilet & suturing, circumcision, removal of cyst, Incision & drainage of abscess, Implanon insertion, IUCD insertion c) Experience in orthopedic surgeries like intrarticular injection.<\/p>\n
