Key Job Responsibilities
\nRespond to Emergency Codes: Act as the primary medical responder during emergency situations such as Code Blue until a specialist or primary physician takes over.
\nDeliver Urgent Medical Care: When required, provide urgent care to patients in the wards ensuring adherence to the Hospital’s established guidelines, policies and procedures.
\nAssist Medical Specialists: Collaborate with Medical Specialists in the immediate treatment and management of patients, ensuring the best care is provided.
\nPerform Minor Procedures: Skillfully perform procedures such as phlebotomy, intravenous lines insertion, catheterization, toilet and suturing for inpatients as needed.
\nFollow Rostered Duties: Adhere to a prepared schedule, including fulfilling night shift duties as required.
\nStay updated: Take charge of your own Continuous Professional Development (CPD).<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nPossess a Medical Degree and registered with MMA.
\nExperience in Anaesthesia and Critical Care areas is an advantage.
\nPossess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
\nPossess a personal Medical Indemnity Scheme insurance.
\nValid certificates for BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP will be an advantage.
\nMinimum of three (3) years working experience.
