Location: Work From Home
\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 11 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team!<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:
\n\u2022 Must hold a valid Registered Nursing license.
\n\u2022 Experience in paediatrics is highly preferred.
\n\u2022 Must be able to read and write in CANTONESE
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide professional customer support.
\n\u2022 Experience in responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating effectively through various channels.
\n\u2022 Basic computer skills and meticulous with details.
\n\u2022 Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
\n\u2022 Able to work independent, customer focused & disciplined.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022Deliver professional customer support, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information and guidance.
\n\u2022 Work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.
\n\u2022 Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering emotional support and guidance as needed.<\/p>\n
