As a Senior Staff Nurse\/Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive clinical nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and the Professional Code of Conduct. Your role will focus on patient safety and satisfaction in the Inpatient Services area, providing supportive care and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care from admission to discharge.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
\nValid Annual Practicing Certificate.
\nPleasant personality with a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
\nRequired languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; other languages are an advantage.
\nSelf-motivated team player, disciplined, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
\nStrong sense of responsibility and collaboration with other departments.
