Position Overview:
\nKlinik Utama Bukit Tinggi 24 Jam is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will provide exceptional care and medical expertise in our 24-hour natural and alternative medicine clinic. This full-time position offers a dynamic and patient-centered work environment focused on holistic health and well-being.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct patient consultations, offering accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
\nProvide primary care services, including antenatal, maternal & child health, vaccinations, non-communicable diseases, family planning, and more.
\nPerform antenatal scans with proficiency and accuracy.
\nAttend to minor trauma-related injuries, minor surgical procedures, dressing, and suturing.
\nRespond to emergency cases with immediate and effective assistance.
\nSupervise and collaborate with clinic assistants and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
\nMaintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
\nEducate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and alternative treatment options.
\nEnsure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and best practices in patient care.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
MBBS or equivalent professional medical degree.
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\nValid and active Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
\nCompletion of compulsory service with KKM.
\nStrong clinical skills with eagerness to learn.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
\nPatient-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
\nFlexibility to work in a 24-hour clinic setting (shift system), including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
\nPrevious experience in general practice or a clinic setting is highly desirable.
