Poliklinik My Dr is looking for a committed and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our growing team in Kluang, Johor. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive primary healthcare, managing both acute and chronic cases, and contributing meaningfully to the well-being of our community.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nConduct consultations and treat common illnesses in a primary care setting<\/p>\n
Perform minor procedures (e.g., I&D, T&S) and assist with emergency case management<\/p>\n
Utilize ultrasound for antenatal, gynecological, and general imaging<\/p>\n
Provide contraceptive counseling and support in child health<\/p>\n
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.<\/p>\n
Perform health screenings, medical check-ups, and insurance examinations<\/p>\n
Support day-to-day clinic operations, including patient education and administrative tasks<\/p>\n
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support clinic growth<\/p>\n
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements
\nMalaysian citizen with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Medicine (MBBS\/MD) or equivalent<\/p>\n
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Professional Indemnity Insurance<\/p>\n
Experience in ultrasound (antenatal, gynae, general) is essential<\/p>\n
Exposure to O&G and surgical skills is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Passionate about patient care, education, and follow-up<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team<\/p>\n
Interest in learning leadership and clinic management skills<\/p>\n
Willing to grow long-term with the clinic<\/p>\n
