Role Summary
\nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Doctor to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in our clinics. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions, while promoting preventive healthcare and overall well-being in the communities we serve.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nConduct thorough patient consultations, medical histories, and physical examinations.<\/p>\n
Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic illnesses with clinical accuracy.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing appropriate medications.<\/p>\n
Perform minor medical and outpatient procedures with care and precision.<\/p>\n
Advocate for health education, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Stay abreast of the latest medical research, innovations, and best practices to enhance patient care.<\/p>\n
Comply with professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality and patient rights.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills
\nBachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).<\/p>\n
Minimum 1\u20132 years of clinical experience preferred (newly registered doctors are also encouraged to apply).<\/p>\n
Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and empathy for patients.<\/p>\n
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and ethical medical practice.<\/p>\n
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.<\/p>\n
