Job Description:
\nAs an Aesthetic Consultant at Dr. Chong Clinic, you will be the key liaison between clients and medical professionals, providing expert guidance on aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions. You will play an integral role in ensuring client satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and supporting doctors in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide professional consultation and recommendations on suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products based on client needs and goals.<\/p>\n
Develop strong rapport with clients through personalized service, active listening, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n
Coordinate closely with doctors to determine appropriate treatment plans for each client.<\/p>\n
Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures to ensure smooth and safe treatment delivery.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records and client information.<\/p>\n
Follow up with clients post-treatment and encourage continuity of care for optimal results.<\/p>\n
Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales and performance targets.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nFluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and skincare.<\/p>\n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.<\/p>\n
Positive, self-motivated, and proactive with a willingness to learn.<\/p>\n
No prior experience required \u2013 full training will be provided.<\/p>\n
