Job Summary
\nWorking Days: Monday to Sunday (6 working days per week)
\nWorking Hours: Morning and Afternoon shifts
\nExpected Salary: RM 1,900 \u2013 RM 2,500 per month (inclusive of allowances and incentives)<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\n1. Front Desk & Patient Coordination
\nGreet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone<\/p>\n
Register patients for appointments and manage walk-in cases<\/p>\n
Process payments (cash, credit card, NETS, cheque) and issue receipts, tax invoices, and medical certificates<\/p>\n
Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate treatment records<\/p>\n
Keep the clinic environment clean, organized, and welcoming<\/p>\n
Receive and manage clinic supply deliveries<\/p>\n
2. Clinical Assistance
\nAssist dentists during procedures and treatments<\/p>\n
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment<\/p>\n
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and organized<\/p>\n
Handle lab case submissions and follow-ups<\/p>\n
Conduct basic medical tests as instructed<\/p>\n
3. General Support
\nPerform other tasks as assigned by the dentist, clinic supervisor, or area manager<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMinimum qualification: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)<\/p>\n
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic clinical setting<\/p>\n
Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Responsible, organized, and patient-focused<\/p>\n
