Happy Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and competent Dental Surgery Assistant \/ Customer Service Executive to support the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practices. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service standards while assisting dentists with both clinical and administrative tasks.<\/p>\n
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, well-organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional clinical setting. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience but who demonstrate a strong fit for the role.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nClinical Support<\/p>\n
Assist dentists during consultations and dental procedures<\/p>\n
Prepare and comfort patients for treatment<\/p>\n
Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures<\/p>\n
Provide chairside support during clinical operations<\/p>\n
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in accordance with safety regulations<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked surgery room<\/p>\n
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients<\/p>\n
Perform lab-related tasks as assigned<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Administrative Duties<\/p>\n
Welcome and greet patients in a warm and professional manner<\/p>\n
Manage patient registration and dental records accurately<\/p>\n
Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up as needed<\/p>\n
Attend to walk-in patients and manage front desk operations<\/p>\n
Assist in general clinic housekeeping and daily operations<\/p>\n
Manage payment procedures and ensure proper documentation<\/p>\n
Support promotional activities, if required<\/p>\n
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Clinic<\/p>\n
Requirements

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure<\/p>\n
Strong communication and organizational skills<\/p>\n
Experience in a dental or clinical setting is an advantage (not mandatory)<\/p>\n
Willingness to learn; training will be provided<\/p>\n

Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends<\/p>\n
Ability to commute or relocate to Johor Bahru (preferred)<\/p>\n
Willingness to travel (up to 75%, preferred)<\/p>\n
