We\u2019re seeking a Senior Medical \u2018Doctorpreneur\u2019 who brings not just clinical expertise but the presence, refinement, and judgment to care for discerning clientele. This is the first Good Clinic\u2014the model that will expand across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities:
\nClinical Excellence
\nDeliver in-depth consultations, preventative screenings, and wellness reviews with discretion and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Design and monitor personalized care journeys\u2014leveraging lab results, lifestyle diagnostics, and allied health input.<\/p>\n
Serve as a long-term health partner, not just a prescriber.<\/p>\n
Provide second-opinion and interpretation support for complex cases or executive health decisions.<\/p>\n
Maintain clear, high-integrity records and uphold confidentiality at all times. <\/p>\n
Client Experience
\nBuild lasting relationships with clients and their families\u2014earning trust through clarity, consistency, and compassion.<\/p>\n
Communicate medical insights in a way that empowers intelligent decision-making without jargon.<\/p>\n

Leadership & Innovation
\nCollaborate seamlessly with the clinic manager, allied health professionals, and locum doctors to deliver a cohesive, high-touch client experience.<\/p>\n
Support clinic strategy, new product\/service development, and quality assurance as part of the leadership team.<\/p>\n
Guide junior clinicians and allied health staff through thoughtful mentoring.<\/p>\n
Embrace and contribute to health tech initiatives (e.g. dashboards, AI analytics, wearable data) to improve client experience.<\/p>\n
Stay current with clinical innovations relevant to preventive and integrative care<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For
\nApplicants must hold Malaysian citizenship.<\/p>\n
Medical degree (MBBS\/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution with valid APC and MMC registration.<\/p>\n
Must have completed the additional 1 to 2 years of \u201cKhidmat Wajib\u201d with the Government<\/p>\n
At least 7 years of clinical experience, ideally in private or corporate medicine.<\/p>\n
Track record of serving senior-level professionals, high-net-worth individuals, or private families is valued.<\/p>\n
Polished communicator with strong clinical reasoning and emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n
Tech-savvy and open to integrating data, devices, and AI tools to support client care.<\/p>\n
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Spoken Mandarin is an asset<\/p>\n
