Role Overview
\nThe Resident Doctor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, ensuring patient safety, and upholding the clinic\u2019s standards of service. The role involves both clinical practice and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n– Provide consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
\n– Perform health screenings, vaccinations, minor procedures, and preventive care.
\n– Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records.
\n– Prescribe and manage medications according to best practices and regulations.
\n– Collaborate with nurses and clinic assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
\n– Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
\n– Participate in clinic panels (e.g., FOMEMA, company medicals) and support corporate health programs.
\n– Uphold professional standards and comply with MOH and KKM guidelines.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements
\n– MBBS\/MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
\n– Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\n– Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
\n– Preferably with 1\u20133 years of clinical experience.
\n– Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
\n– Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to continuous learning.<\/p>\n
