We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to provide comprehensive medical support at our site clinic. The role is integral in delivering emergency healthcare services to the workforce, ensuring effective clinical management, and coordinating medical evacuation support when required.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Deliver clinical consultations and provide a high standard of patient care at the site clinic.<\/p>\n
Conduct patient triage, manage patient flow, and administer first aid or treatment for minor illnesses.<\/p>\n
Provide primary outpatient care, basic emergency stabilization, and limited diagnostic testing.<\/p>\n
Support patient transfers via ambulance to designated medical facilities when necessary.<\/p>\n
Conduct nursing consultations and escalate cases requiring further evaluation to the Occupational Health Doctor.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper storage of all medical records.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with and report to the Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Medical Services, or Medical Director as required.<\/p>\n
Perform additional duties related to clinical and emergency medical services as assigned.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in emergency or industrial healthcare settings.<\/p>\n
Valid APC 2024.<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing or Medical Assistance.<\/p>\n
Registered with the Nursing Board with valid certification.<\/p>\n
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and commute to Kulim, Kedah.<\/p>\n
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate (preferred).<\/p>\n
Strong English communication skills.<\/p>\n
Contract Details:<\/p>\n
Duration: 12 months (renewable)<\/p>\n
Schedule: Rotational shift, 4-on 2-off (with additional allowance)<\/p>\n
