Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
1. Conduct Professional Consultations<\/p>\n
Provide expert consultation and personalized advice based on each patient\u2019s aesthetic goals and concerns.<\/p>\n
Assess patients\u2019 medical history and current skin or body condition.<\/p>\n
Explain available aesthetic treatments clearly, addressing questions and ensuring patients make informed decisions.<\/p>\n
2. Perform Non-Surgical & Minimally Invasive Procedures<\/p>\n
Administer aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, laser therapy, and chemical peels.<\/p>\n
Ensure all procedures are performed with the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and hygiene.<\/p>\n
Adhere strictly to sterilization and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
3. Post-Treatment Care & Patient Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Provide detailed post-treatment care instructions to enhance results and minimize side effects.<\/p>\n
Conduct follow-ups to monitor recovery and address any concerns promptly.<\/p>\n
Build long-term relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and consistent care.<\/p>\n
Manage and resolve patient inquiries or issues courteously and effectively.<\/p>\n
4. Collaboration & Documentation<\/p>\n
Work closely with Consultants and team members to achieve clinic goals and patient satisfaction targets.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and treatment documentation.<\/p>\n
5. Professional Standards<\/p>\n
Uphold Emax Beaut\u00e9\u2019s medical, ethical, and operational standards at all times.<\/p>\n
Stay updated with latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and continuously improve professional skills.<\/p>\n
Perform additional duties as assigned by management when required.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
MBBS qualification, registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), and a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).<\/p>\n
MAC and LCP certification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Genuine passion for aesthetics, beauty, and patient care.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.<\/p>\n
Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to delivering high-quality results.<\/p>\n
