As the first point of contact for our patients, you\u2019ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner<\/p>\n
– Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and manage appointment bookings<\/p>\n
– Register new patients and update existing patient records<\/p>\n
– Handle payment transactions and issue receipts<\/p>\n
– Coordinate daily patient flow and communicate with clinical staff<\/p>\n
– Follow up with patients regarding treatment, appointments, or outstanding payments<\/p>\n
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area<\/p>\n
– Support basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, filing, inventory tracking)<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
– Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma preferred<\/p>\n
– Good communication skills in English, Malay (Chinese is a plus)<\/p>\n
– Friendly, calm, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
– Computer literate (basic MS Office & clinic software)<\/p>\n
-Prior experience in dental or medical setting is an advantage, but not compulsory<\/p>\n
– Willing to learn and grow with the team<\/p>\n
Working Days:<\/p>\n
– 5 working days per week<\/p>\n
