Job scope:
\nAssist day to day duties in the clinic
\nUpdate and maintain client\u2019s dental records
\nTake and process X-rays\/pics of patients
\nGreeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
\nScheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
\nAssisting patients to fill out information forms.
\nPreparing patients\u2019 charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
\nUpdating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
\nScheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
\nCommunicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
\nVerifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
\nPerforming general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
\nTake on any ad-hoc tasks given by management from time to time<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nMust have sense of responsibility
\nTeam player and has pleasant attitude
\nKnowledge in the Chinese language is an added advantage
\nAble to travel is an added advantage
\nAny previous experience is an added advantage
