Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions while developing appropriate treatment plans<\/p>\n
Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as clinically required<\/p>\n
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with clinical standards<\/p>\n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care<\/p>\n
Stay updated on clinical best practices, medical advancements, and regulatory guidelines<\/p>\n
Participate in continuing professional development, CME activities, and clinical training programs<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Medical degree with a valid license to practise in Malaysia<\/p>\n
Experience as a Resident Medical Officer; exposure to Occupational Health & Disease (OHD) is an advantage<\/p>\n
Strong clinical judgement, diagnostic ability, and attention to detail<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and colleagues<\/p>\n
A proactive, collaborative, and patient-focused approach to care<\/p>\n
