Key Responsibilities
\n1. Reception & Front Desk Duties<\/p>\n
Welcome and assist all patients warmly, both in person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and friendly service.<\/p>\n
Register patients for scheduled appointments or walk-ins.<\/p>\n
Handle patient checkouts, dispense medication, collect accurate payments, and arrange follow-up visits.<\/p>\n
Process payments via cash, e-payment, cheque, or card.<\/p>\n
Enter consultation fees, treatment charges, and product sales accurately into the system.<\/p>\n
Issue receipts, tax invoices, and medical certificates through the clinic system.<\/p>\n
Maintain well-organized and complete patient treatment records.<\/p>\n
Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, tidy, and professional at all times.<\/p>\n
Receive and inspect supplies delivered by approved vendors and store them appropriately.<\/p>\n
2. Assisting the Dentist<\/p>\n
Assist the dentist efficiently during consultations and procedures.<\/p>\n
Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.<\/p>\n
Prepare and keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and organized.<\/p>\n
Manage laboratory cases \u2014 sending, receiving, and tracking them as required.<\/p>\n
Perform basic medical or diagnostic tests for patients under the dentist\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum qualification: SPM.<\/p>\n
Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients).<\/p>\n
No experience needed \u2014 full training will be provided.<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.<\/p>\n
Comfortable wearing PPE for long hours and not afraid of blood or saliva.<\/p>\n
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.<\/p>\n
Willing to work 6 days per week on rotational shifts.<\/p>\n
