Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide comprehensive medical consultations and treatment in accordance with clinic standards and clinical best practices.<\/p>\n
Manage a full range of primary care cases, including acute conditions, chronic disease follow-up, antenatal care, basic paediatrics, and general outpatient cases.<\/p>\n
Perform clinical procedures within your competency, including:<\/p>\n
Ultrasound (2D \/ TVS \/ 3D\u20135D)<\/p>\n
NT Scan & Pink Book (Antenatal) assessments<\/p>\n
Dressing, wound care, and minor procedures<\/p>\n
Women\u2019s health procedures such as Implanon and IUCD insertion\/removal<\/p>\n
Review, update, and maintain accurate patient records in the clinic system.<\/p>\n
Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions to patients, ensuring understanding and trust.<\/p>\n
Collaborate effectively with the clinic team\u2014including nurses, clinical assistants, and administrative staff\u2014to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all clinic SOPs, organizational policies, and professional ethical guidelines.<\/p>\n
Protect the confidentiality of all patient information and clinic operations at all times.<\/p>\n

Tanggungjawab Utama<\/p>\n
Memberi konsultasi dan rawatan perubatan mengikut standard klinik dan amalan profesional.<\/p>\n
Mengendalikan kes primary care termasuk kes akut, susulan kronik, antenatal, pediatrik asas, dan lain-lain kes am.<\/p>\n
Menjalankan prosedur klinikal mengikut kompetensi seperti:<\/p>\n
Ultrasound (2D \/ TVS \/ 3D\u20135D)<\/p>\n
NT Scan & konsultasi Pink Book<\/p>\n
Dressing & rawatan kecil<\/p>\n
Prosedur kesihatan wanita: Implanon, IUCD (insert & removal)<\/p>\n
Menyemak dan merekodkan maklumat pesakit dengan tepat dan lengkap dalam sistem klinik.<\/p>\n
Memberi penerangan yang jelas kepada pesakit mengenai diagnosis, pelan rawatan, dan arahan susulan.<\/p>\n
Bekerjasama dengan pasukan klinik (jururawat, CA, admin) bagi memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar.<\/p>\n
Mematuhi semua SOP, polisi klinik, dan etika profesional.<\/p>\n
