Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Patient Consultation & Treatment Planning<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients\u2019 goals, concerns, and medical history<\/p>\n
Assess facial and body conditions and recommend customized aesthetic treatment plans<\/p>\n
Educate patients clearly and professionally on available procedures and expected outcomes<\/p>\n
Aesthetic Procedures<\/p>\n
Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, chemical peels, laser treatments, and related procedures<\/p>\n
Ensure all treatments are carried out safely, accurately, and in strict compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and medical protocols<\/p>\n
Post-Treatment Care & Patient Relationships<\/p>\n
Provide clear aftercare advice to optimize results and minimize side effects<\/p>\n
Monitor patient progress, conduct follow-ups, and address concerns promptly<\/p>\n
Build long-term patient relationships through personalized care and effective communication<\/p>\n
Team Collaboration & Clinical Support<\/p>\n
Work closely with Consultants to align treatment plans with clinic objectives<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records<\/p>\n
Support the clinic in achieving performance and service excellence targets<\/p>\n
Professional & Operational Standards<\/p>\n
Uphold company policies, medical guidelines, and ethical standards at all times<\/p>\n
Perform additional duties as required to support smooth clinic operations<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Medical Qualification: MBBS with full registration under MMC and a valid APC<\/p>\n
Additional Certification: MAC and LCP certification is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Aesthetic Passion: Strong interest in aesthetics, beauty, and wellness medicine<\/p>\n
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills<\/p>\n
Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams<\/p>\n
