We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Medical Affairs Manager to lead and oversee the Medical Affairs Department. This key leadership role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination across departments, and high-quality support for consultants, clinicians, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Department Leadership & Operations<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the Medical Affairs Department to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated operations<\/p>\n
Drive alignment between medical staff, management, and hospital leadership to support clinical excellence<\/p>\n
Coordination & Administration<\/p>\n
Plan, coordinate, and organize all Medical Affairs\u2013related meetings, including agendas, logistics, documentation, and timely follow-ups<\/p>\n
Prepare, record, and distribute accurate meeting minutes while maintaining proper documentation and regulatory compliance<\/p>\n
Policies, SOPs & Performance<\/p>\n
Oversee the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of departmental policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/p>\n
Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance and outcomes<\/p>\n
Budgeting & Strategic Support<\/p>\n
Prepare and recommend annual capital and operational budgets<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and departmental expansion<\/p>\n
Medical Staff Engagement<\/p>\n
Coordinate and support CME programs, including planning, logistics, and post-event follow-ups<\/p>\n
Maintain continuous engagement with Consultants and Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure smooth collaboration<\/p>\n
Follow up with departments and doctors on pending matters to ensure timely closure<\/p>\n
Risk, Incident & Complaint Management<\/p>\n
Identify, manage, and assist in resolving potential conflicts or issues that may pose clinical or operational risks<\/p>\n
Lead the timely investigation, resolution, and closure of complaints and clinical incidents<\/p>\n
Governance & Communication<\/p>\n
Ensure effective communication, implementation, and enforcement of management directives, policies, and procedures<\/p>\n
Act as a key liaison between medical staff and hospital management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills<\/p>\n
Experience in medical administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred<\/p>\n
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure<\/p>\n
