We are seeking a responsible, patient-centric Aesthetic Nurse to support our aesthetic doctors and clinical team in delivering safe, high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. This role focuses on assisting with clinical procedures, patient care, treatment preparation, and clinic operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Clinical Support
\n1. Assist aesthetic doctors during consultations and medical aesthetic procedures, under direct doctor supervision.
\n2. Prepare, sterilise, and set up treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables according to clinical protocols.
\n3. Provide pre- and post-treatment support care, including patient preparation and monitoring.
\n4. Adhere to infection control, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
\n5. Primary responsibility is clinical nursing care. Administrative and inventory duties are supportive in nature.<\/p>\n
All clinical procedures are performed strictly under doctor supervision and within Malaysian MOH and LJM scope of nursing practice. Nurses do not independently perform medical aesthetic injections unless certified, authorised, and delegated by the supervising doctor.<\/p>\n
Patient Care and Education
\n1. Welcome and support patients throughout their visit with professionalism and empathy.
\n2. Explain treatment processes, administrative steps, and aftercare instructions as directed by the doctor.
\n3. Document patient medical histories, treatment notes, and consent forms accurately.
\n4. Respond to basic patient enquiries and escalate clinical concerns to the doctor.<\/p>\n
Clinic Operations
\n1. Assist with inventory, supply management, and restocking of clinical materials.
\n2. Support scheduling, patient follow-ups, reminders, and basic administrative tasks.
\n3. Assist in maintaining clinic presentation, cleanliness, and professional standards.
\n4. Reports directly to the supervising Aesthetic Doctor \/ Head Nurse \/ Clinic Manager.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Record-Keeping
\n1. Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with PDPA, clinic policies, and healthcare standards.
\n2. Ensure compliance with the Private Healthcare Facilities & Services Act and related regulations where applicable.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Professional Qualifications
\n1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing (or equivalent healthcare qualification).
\n2. Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) issued by the Nursing Board Malaysia.
\n3. Must be registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) for the current year.<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills
\n1. Prior experience in clinical, aesthetic, dermatology, or similar medical environment preferred.
\n2. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin is an added advantage.
\n3. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and patient-centric attitude.<\/p>\n
What We Offer
\n1. Salary is commensurate with experience and competency (experienced Aesthetic Nurse: RM 3,000 \u2013 RM 5,000).

\n3. 5.5 \u2013 6 days work week, including weekends on a roster basis with off days scheduled according to clinic operations.
