LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional patient experiences and support the smooth operation of our medical check-up services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions across multiple channels in a professional healthcare environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage and process customer service requests accurately, resolving service and sales-related inquiries efficiently<\/p>\n
Build strong customer relationships by providing warm, personalized service and understanding individual healthcare needs<\/p>\n
Take ownership of complex service issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns<\/p>\n
Provide professional consultations on medical check-up packages and services, aligning recommendations with customer needs<\/p>\n
Share relevant health information with customers to promote awareness of potential health risk factors<\/p>\n
Coordinate and schedule medical check-up appointments for general practitioners and specialist clinics<\/p>\n
Work closely with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, and Specialist teams to ensure seamless patient flow<\/p>\n
Support and participate in Sales & Marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events<\/p>\n
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat platforms<\/p>\n
Assist customers with test instructions, guide them to appropriate waiting areas, and clearly explain billing and payment processes<\/p>\n
Prepare, manage, and maintain required documentation and service records accurately<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any discipline; healthcare-related fields are preferred<\/p>\n
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and service-driven mindset<\/p>\n
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively<\/p>\n
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
Proficient in computer systems and relevant software applications<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders<\/p>\n
Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
