Clinical Support<\/p>\n
Assist doctors and healthcare staff during patient consultations and procedures.<\/p>\n
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure necessary medical instruments and supplies are ready.<\/p>\n
Take vital signs, record patient information, and maintain accurate medical records.<\/p>\n
Assist in basic patient care, including dressing wounds, providing patient comfort, and post-procedure care.<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to infection control and hygiene protocols.<\/p>\n
Administrative Duties<\/p>\n
Greet patients and assist with registration and appointment scheduling.<\/p>\n
Manage patient records, billing, and documentation accurately.<\/p>\n
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-up communications with patients.<\/p>\n
Maintain clinic inventory, including medical supplies and stock replenishment.<\/p>\n
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Clinic Maintenance<\/p>\n
Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and safe for staff and patients.<\/p>\n
Assist in minor equipment maintenance and proper storage of medical instruments.<\/p>\n

Minimum SPM or equivalent; relevant healthcare certificate is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Prior experience in clinic or healthcare support is preferred but not mandatory.<\/p>\n
