We are seeking a dedicated and competent Medical Officer \/ General Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care across our clinic locations. Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Assess patient symptoms, perform clinical evaluations, and provide accurate diagnoses.<\/p>\n
2. Prescribe and administer appropriate medical treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.<\/p>\n
3. Collaborate closely with nurses and fellow medical officers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.<\/p>\n
4. Provide professional medical consultations regarding health screening outcomes and diagnostic test results.<\/p>\n
5. Discuss treatment options and procedures clearly while maintaining a reassuring and approachable manner.<\/p>\n
6. Educate patients on healthcare, wellness, and preventive practices.<\/p>\n
7. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of diagnoses, treatments, medications, and consultations.<\/p>\n
8. Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and medical protocols.<\/p>\n
9. Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary case management discussions.<\/p>\n
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management when required.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
1. Medical Degree (MBBS \/ MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.<\/p>\n
2. Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).<\/p>\n
3. Completion of mandatory internship and housemanship.<\/p>\n
4. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a general practice or primary care setting.<\/p>\n
5. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.<\/p>\n
6. Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.<\/p>\n
8. Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a patient-focused mindset.<\/p>\n
