\u2022 Registered Nurse with a valid Practicing Certificate
\n\u2022 Minimum 2\u20133 years of experience in a general medical or surgical ward
\n\u2022 Strong clinical competencies and sound knowledge of general medicine
\n\u2022 Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\u2022 Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment
