Position Overview<\/p>\n
As a State Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with legal, institutional, and professional standards. You will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes.<\/p>\n
In addition, you will assist the Head Nurse in the smooth administration of the department and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Maternity (Post Basic required)
\n\u2022 Day Procedure Unit (Endoscopy)<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on clinical assessment and care planning
\n\u2022 Monitor patients\u2019 conditions and respond promptly to changes
\n\u2022 Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
\n\u2022 Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records
\n\u2022 Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
\n\u2022 Support departmental operations and deputize for the Head Nurse when required
\n\u2022 Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Diploma \/ Advanced \/ Higher \/ Graduate Diploma in Nursing
\n\u2022 Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
\n\u2022 Post Basic qualification is an added advantage
\n\u2022 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
