Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Perform comprehensive medical examinations, assessments, and diagnosis of a wide range of illnesses and injuries<\/p>\n
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications<\/p>\n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (nurses, radiographers, and clinic assistants) to ensure continuity of care<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and clinical documentation<\/p>\n
Provide health education and promote preventive healthcare practices<\/p>\n
Manage common general practice conditions and provide primary care services<\/p>\n
Conduct ultrasound procedures (antenatal and gynecological) where applicable<\/p>\n
Perform minor procedures such as Incision & Drainage (I&D) and Toilet & Suture (T&S)<\/p>\n
Offer consultation and guidance on contraception and reproductive health<\/p>\n
Support child health services and basic pediatric care<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Recognized Medical Degree with valid registration under the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)<\/p>\n
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Professional Indemnity Insurance<\/p>\n
Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice skills<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making abilities<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team<\/p>\n
Commitment to continuous learning and delivering quality patient care<\/p>\n
Experience in O&G, ultrasound, or minor surgical procedures is an added advantage<\/p>\n
