Communicate effectively and courteously via telephone, email, written correspondence, and face-to-face interactions<\/p>\n
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding hospital services and procedures<\/p>\n
Support and uphold the hospital\u2019s brand image and reputation, both internally and externally<\/p>\n
Ensure full compliance with Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurses Registration Regulations 1985<\/p>\n
Maintain proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and standards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Registered Nurse (RN) with a recognized nursing qualification (post-basic certification is an advantage)<\/p>\n
Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board (LJM)<\/p>\n
Possession of a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)<\/p>\n
Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care<\/p>\n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach<\/p>\n
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage<\/p>\n
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team<\/p>\n
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement<\/p>\n
