We are expanding our 24-hour clinical services and are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Resident Doctor to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care in a structured, supportive, and patient-centered environment.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered primary care services
\nDiagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
\nManage antenatal care, maternal health, and pediatric cases
\nPerform antenatal ultrasound scans (training will be provided)
\nHandle trauma cases, including suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
\nAttend to urgent and emergency cases with confidence and professionalism
\nEnsure accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation
\nCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
\nCollaborate with Resident Doctors and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
\nSupport daily clinic operations and maintain clinical standards
\nParticipate in continuous learning and professional development
\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution
\nRegistered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
\nCompletion of housemanship and compulsory service
\nExperience in Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) is an added advantage
\nStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
\nResponsible, patient-focused, and able to work independently
\nWillingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment<\/p>\n
Salary and Benefits<\/p>\n
Salary: RM10,000 \u2013 RM15,000 per month
\nStable shift-based roster in a 24-hour clinic setting
\nOvertime pay, night shift allowance, performance bonus, and commission
