Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Patient Care & Clinical Duties<\/p>\n
Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
\nOffer emotional support and reassurance to patients, considering both physical and psychological needs
\nEnsure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
\nAdhere to the Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurse Registration Regulations 1985<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Communication<\/p>\n
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude
\nCommunicate effectively and courteously with patients and families via phone, email, written correspondence, and in person
\nProvide accurate information and guidance regarding hospital services<\/p>\n
Team & Professional Standards<\/p>\n
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
\nLead by example in promoting professionalism and workplace discipline
\nSupport team development to enhance competency, efficiency, and integrity
\nFoster strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment<\/p>\n
Brand Representation<\/p>\n
Represent and promote the hospital\u2019s services and brand both internally and externally
\nUphold the organization\u2019s values and commitment to quality healthcare delivery<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications
\nRegistered Nurse with post-basic qualification (preferred)
\nRegistered with the Malaysia Nursing Board and holds a valid practicing certificate
\nStrong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care standards
\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet usage
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
