As a Medical Officer \u2013 Outreach Team, you will play a key role in delivering accessible healthcare services to communities through outreach programs, mobile healthcare initiatives, and patient-centered medical support. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality treatment, health education, and preventive healthcare services are delivered efficiently and professionally.<\/p>\n
This role requires a proactive medical professional with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a willingness to travel to various locations to support healthcare outreach activities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nDeliver high-quality medical consultations, assessments, and treatments during healthcare outreach activities
\nProvide professional medical care while maintaining patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
\nParticipate in community healthcare initiatives, awareness campaigns, and preventive health programs
\nConduct patient evaluations and recommend appropriate treatment or referrals when necessary
\nCollaborate with healthcare teams and operational staff to ensure smooth execution of outreach programs
\nMaintain accurate medical records, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations
\nBuild strong relationships with patients and communities by delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
\nTravel to assigned outreach locations as required to support medical programs and services
\nRequirements & Qualifications
\nValid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) Registration
\nMale candidates only (as specified by the employer)
\nWillingness and flexibility to travel for outreach assignments
\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
