Key Responsibilities
\nComprehensive Patient Care & Clinical Management
\nConduct thorough patient consultations, comprehensive health assessments, and accurate diagnoses for acute and chronic medical conditions.
\nDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based medical care to optimize patient health outcomes.
\nMonitor and manage chronic diseases while ensuring continuity of care through long-term doctor-patient relationships in compliance with NOLWA policy.
\nPreventive Healthcare & Patient Education
\nDeliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness assessments.
\nEducate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, healthy lifestyle habits, and chronic disease management.
\nAdvocate proactive healthcare practices to improve overall patient well-being and long-term health outcomes.
\nClinical Procedures & Diagnostic Interpretation
\nPerform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary and general medical practice.
\nInterpret laboratory findings, diagnostic imaging reports, and other medical investigations to formulate effective treatment strategies.
\nEnsure timely and appropriate referrals to specialists or secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities when necessary.
\nMedical Documentation & Compliance
\nMaintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records within the clinic\u2019s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
\nEnsure strict adherence to medical protocols, treatment guidelines, clinical governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
\nComply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and service quality standards to maintain clinical excellence.
\nIntegrated & Digital Healthcare Services
\nCollaborate closely with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated patient care.
\nSupport and engage in telehealth initiatives, including teleconsultation services, blood test reporting, remote patient management, and Electronic Prescription Services (EPS) to enhance healthcare accessibility.
\nContinuous Improvement & Professional Development
\nParticipate actively in Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, training, and professional development initiatives both internally and externally.
\nContribute ideas to improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and overall patient experience.
\nSupport clinic performance objectives related to patient satisfaction, service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
\nAdditional Responsibilities
\nParticipate in company events, new healthcare initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with organizational goals.
\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management to support the clinic\u2019s continuous growth and healthcare excellence.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications
\nBachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\nPrior experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings is preferred.
\nExperience in chronic disease management will be highly advantageous.
\nStrong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
