Key Responsibilities
\nPatient Care & Clinical Support
\nDeliver comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.
\nConduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and observe patient conditions to support timely medical interventions and treatment effectiveness.
\nAdminister medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately in accordance with physician instructions and established clinical protocols.
\nAssist doctors and healthcare professionals during examinations, medical procedures, and patient management when required.
\nPatient Monitoring & Safety
\nMonitor patients closely for any changes in condition and respond promptly to emergencies or urgent medical situations.
\nEnsure adherence to patient safety measures, infection prevention practices, and healthcare quality standards.
\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment to support effective patient care delivery.
\nDocumentation & Care Coordination
\nMaintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date nursing records, patient documentation, and treatment progress reports.
\nCollaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
\nProvide clear communication and guidance to patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medication, and recovery processes.
\nProfessionalism & Continuous Development
\nUphold professional nursing ethics, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations at all times.
\nParticipate in continuous learning, professional development, and clinical competency programs to enhance nursing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements & Qualifications
\nDiploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM).
\nPossess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
\nCandidates with Post Basic qualifications in Midwifery, Intensive Care, or Neonatal Nursing will have an added advantage.
\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
